The invention relates to a vehicle brake disc dynamic temperature obtaining method and related equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining real-time operation parameters of a vehicle, and constructing a periodic rotation function of the vehicle based on the real-time operation parameters and a preset function; the real-time average thermal load of a brake disc of the vehicle is obtained; according to the real-time average thermal load and the periodic rotation function, the periodic dynamic thermal load of the vehicle is determined; based on the real-time operation parameters, the real-time convective heat transfer coefficient of the brake disc is determined; and the real-time environment temperature of the environment where the brake disc is located is obtained, and the dynamic temperature of the brake disc is obtained based on the periodic dynamic thermal load, the real-time convective heat transfer coefficient and the real-time environment temperature. The problem that deviation exists between the calculated temperature obtained through an average heat flux method and the highest temperature of the disc surface due to the fact that the average heat flux method neglects the disc surface temperature non-uniform effect caused by brake pad contact is solved.

    本申请涉及一种车辆制动盘动态温度获取方法及相关设备,方法包括:获取车辆的实时运行参数,基于实时运行参数和预设函数,构建得到车辆的周期性转动函数;获取车辆的制动盘的实时平均热载荷;根据实时平均热载荷和周期性转动函数,确定车辆的周期性动态热载荷;基于实时运行参数,确定制动盘的实时对流换热系数;获取制动盘所处环境的实时环境温度,基于周期性动态热载荷、实时对流换热系数和实时环境温度,得到制动盘的动态温度。解决了平均热流密度法忽略了因闸片接触所导致的盘面温度非均匀效应,导致利用平均热流密度法得到的计算温度与盘面最高温度存在偏差的问题。
