The invention relates to a vehicle brake disc temperature prediction method and related equipment. The method comprises the steps that operation parameters, friction pair parameters and environment parameters of a vehicle are acquired; according to the operation parameters, the friction pair parameters, the environment parameters and a preset heat conduction law, a heat conduction model of the brake disc of the vehicle is constructed; according to the operation parameters, the friction pair parameters, the environment parameters and a preset cooling law, a heat dissipation model of the brake disc is constructed; the heat conduction model and the heat dissipation model are fused into a temperature prediction model of the brake disc; acquiring a real-time braking state of the vehicle; and predicting the brake temperature of the brake disc according to the real-time brake state and the temperature prediction model. The problems that in the friction process of the brake disc, when the thermocouple is abraded, the temperature of the thermocouple and the temperature of the brake disc making contact with the thermocouple rise, the accuracy of the obtained temperature of the brake disc is low, and the safety of the vehicle brake disc is insufficient are solved.

    本申请涉及一种车辆制动盘温度预测方法及相关设备,方法包括:获取车辆的运行参数、摩擦副参数和环境参数;根据运行参数、摩擦副参数、环境参数和预设的导热定律,构建得到车辆的制动盘的热传导模型;根据运行参数、摩擦副参数、环境参数和预设的冷却定律,构建得到制动盘的散热模型;将热传导模型和散热模型融合为制动盘的温度预测模型;获取车辆的实时制动状态;根据实时制动状态和温度预测模型,预测制动盘的制动温度。解决了制动盘摩擦过程中热电偶磨损时自身以及与其接触设置的制动盘的温度升高,导致获得的制动盘温度准确性低,车辆制动盘的安全性不足的问题。
