The propeller motor is arranged in the rotor rod through a motor base, the output end of the propeller motor extends upwards out of the rotor rod and is connected with the propeller, a rotating motor is further arranged at the rear end of the rotor rod and arranged on the outer side of the rotor rod, and the output end of the rotating motor extends into the rotor rod and is connected with the motor base of the propeller motor. The rotating motor drives the propeller motor to rotate through the motor base, and conversion between horizontal rotation and vertical rotation of the propeller is achieved. The positions of the propellers are changed at all stages, and electric energy consumption can be effectively utilized.
