The invention discloses a test platform for a tilting mechanism of a tilting rotor structure and a control method. The test platform is composed of a plurality of motors, an external support frame, a middle frame, an internal frame and a half-span long tilting rotor aircraft rotor system/tilting mechanism/nacelle structure with wings. The yawing, pitching and rolling attitudes of the half-span long tilt rotorcraft are adjusted through motors which are fixed on different frames in three directions, so that whether the tilt motion of the tilt rotorcraft under different attitudes reaches an expected standard or not is tested. According to the tilting rotorcraft, the motion mode of the tilting rotorcraft is controlled by controlling the motion of the rotor disc plane of the tilting mechanism. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in feasibility, can be placed in a wind tunnel to simulate the influence of windward/crosswind on the flight quality of the tilt rotorcraft, and is wider in applicability. The tilting mechanism is high in response speed, adjustable in stroke and good in controllability in the aspect of actual movement.
本发明公开了一种用于倾转旋翼构型的倾转机构测试平台及控制方法,该测试平台由若干电机、外部支撑架、中部框架、内部框架、带有机翼的半展长倾转旋翼机旋翼系统/倾转机构/短舱结构组成。通过固定在不同框架上三个方向的电机来调整半展长倾转旋翼机的偏航、俯仰、滚转姿态,以此来测试倾转旋翼机在不同姿态下的倾转运动是否达到预期标准。本发明通过控制该倾转机构桨盘平面的运动来控制倾转旋翼机的运动模式。该发明具有结构简单,操作方便,可行性高的优点,并且还可以放置于风洞中模拟迎风/侧风对倾转旋翼机飞行品质的影响,适用性更广。本发明带有的倾转机构在实际运动方面响应速度快,行程可调节、可控性好。
