The invention provides a shock-absorbing structure capable of being adjusted in a pitching mode and a shock-absorbing vehicle applying the shock-absorbing structure. The shock-absorbing structure comprises a seat tube. The connector is mounted at the top end of the seat tube, and a via hole is communicated with the seat tube; the bottom end of the supporting rod abuts against the interior of the seat tube through a spring, and the top end extends out of the connector; the bottom end of the first connecting rod is hinged to one side of the connector and provided with a first protruding part hinged to a roller, and the roller is arranged at the top end of the supporting rod; the bottom end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the other side of the connector; two ends of the bottom of the connecting rod support are respectively hinged to the top ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the top of the connecting rod support is an inclined supporting face, the middle of the connecting rod support is provided with a containing cavity communicated with the outside of the connecting rod support, and the high-low side of the inclined supporting face is provided with a through hole and a mounting hole. One end of the adjusting screw is provided with an adjusting knob positioned in the accommodating cavity, and the other end extends out of the connecting rod support from the through hole; the front end of the adjusting support is provided with a first connecting hole connected with the adjusting screw, the rear end of the adjusting support is provided with a second connecting hole, and the fixing screw is arranged between the second connecting hole and the mounting hole in a penetrating mode.
