An anti-vibration frame (1) comprising a first frame (2), a second frame (3), an elastic body (4) connecting the first frame and the second frame, the elastic body allowing relative displacement of the second frame relative to the first frame in a first vibration direction (Z) and a second vibration direction (X) perpendicular to the first vibration direction, the elastic body being further adapted to mount a weight in the first vibration direction (Z). The inertial body (15) is connected to the first frame by an elastic suspension (19) interposed between the inertial body and the first frame in the second vibration direction. An elastic lateral abutment body (20) is interposed between the first frame and the inertial body to limit a relative displacement of the second frame relative to the first frame in the second vibration direction. And the inherent frequency of the inertia body is lower than 800Hz.
