According to the invention, the driving mode of the target vehicle in the abnormal driving state is determined through the target fault information and the field operation information, so that the field operation state of the target vehicle in the target mine can be comprehensively monitored compared with the driving mode of the target vehicle determined through the fault information or the field operation information in the prior art; and the accuracy and reliability of the driving mode can be improved. And when the driving mode is used for controlling the driving state of the target vehicle, the target vehicle can be prevented from being blocked, and the working efficiency of the target vehicle can be improved.
