The invention relates to an intelligent maintenance system for a road driving environment, and the system comprises a signal analysis device which is disposed at the tail part of an automobile, and is used for transmitting a first analysis command when sensing that a sound signal with a frequency corresponding to the buzzing of an ambulance exists in a traffic environment where the tail part of the automobile is located; and the distance setting mechanism is used for triggering a safe distance setting operation for keeping a set distance or more from the nearest vehicle around when the object identification signal is received. The intelligent maintenance system for the road driving environment is intelligent, flexible and controllable in operation. An evading mechanism can be introduced into the automatic driving vehicle, when the ambulance object nearby is intelligently detected, the safe distance setting operation which is more than the set distance with the nearest surrounding vehicle is triggered, and only when the sound signal with the frequency corresponding to the ambulance buzzing sound exists in the traffic environment where the tail of the vehicle is sensed, the ambulance buzzing sound is generated. And intelligent detection of the ambulance object is executed, so that intelligent ambulance avoidance and system power consumption saving are both considered.
