The invention discloses a vehicle following time interval control method and device of an automatic driving vehicle, the vehicle and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a first target vehicle following time interval corresponding to a current vehicle following time interval gear of the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle is detected to be in a self-adaptive cruise working condition, and recognizing a driving fatigue state of a driver, obtaining a corresponding driving fatigue index; and comparing the driving fatigue index, the first fatigue index and the second fatigue index, determining a driving fatigue level by using a comparison result, and correcting the first target vehicle following time interval according to a second target vehicle following time interval corresponding to the driving fatigue level so as to control the vehicle to run in a vehicle following manner according to the obtained actual vehicle following time interval of the vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle is in the self-adaptive cruise working condition, the driving fatigue state of the driver can be identified to obtain the corresponding driving fatigue index, so that the current vehicle following time interval of the vehicle is corrected by using the vehicle following time interval corresponding to the determined driving fatigue level, and the vehicle following driving safety is improved.

    本申请公开一种自动驾驶车辆的跟车时距控制方法、装置、车辆及介质,其中,方法包括:在检测到车辆处于自适应巡航工况的情况下,采集车辆的当前跟车时距档位对应的第一目标跟车时距,并识别驾驶员的驾驶疲劳状态,以获取对应的驾驶疲劳指数;对比驾驶疲劳指数、第一疲劳指数和第二疲劳指数,利用对比结果确定驾驶疲劳等级,根据驾驶疲劳等级对应的第二目标跟车时距修正第一目标跟车时距,以根据得到的车辆的实际跟车时距控制车辆跟车行驶。本申请实施例可以在车辆处于自适应巡航工况时,识别驾驶员的驾驶疲劳状态,以获取对应的驾驶疲劳指数,进而利用已确定的驾驶疲劳等级对应的跟车时距修正车辆的当前跟车时距,提升了车辆跟车行驶的安全性。
