The invention focuses on a high-efficiency aerodynamic design referring to a leading edge structure of a dragonfly wing, and the design is inspired by a special wing structure of a dragonfly and air flow control in flight of the dragonfly, and belongs to the field of aerospace engineering. The core objective of the invention is to optimize the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft by simulating the leading edge microstructure of the wings so as to improve the lift force and maneuverability of the aircraft. Meanwhile, the special front edge design is beneficial to more effective management of air flow in the flight process, so that the flight efficiency and stability are improved. The research includes the design of the bionic leading edge and the manufacturing method of the bionic leading edge. By observing and analyzing the natural structure of the dragonfly wings, optimization and three-dimensional modeling are carried out on the leading edge microstructure, and a leading edge structure 1: 1 manufacturing method is designed, so that the optimal aerodynamic performance and lift force generation effect are achieved, and an aircraft based on the design has better control and stability in the air.

    本项发明关注于一种借鉴蜻蜓翅膀前缘结构的高效能空气动力学设计,这种设计受到蜻蜓特有的翅膀结构及其在飞行中对空气流动控制的启发,属于航空航天工程领域。其核心目标是通过模仿翅膀的前缘微观结构来优化飞行器的气动性能,进而提高其升力和机动性。同时,这种特殊的前缘设计有助于在飞行过程中更有效地管理空气流动,从而提升飞行效率和稳定性。本研究包括仿生前缘的设计及其制作方法。通过观测分析蜻蜓翅膀的自然结构,对前缘微观结构进行优化和三维建模并设计了一种前缘结构1:1的制作方法,以达到最佳的气动性能和升力生成效果,使得基于这种设计的飞行器在空中具有更佳的控制和稳定性。
