The invention relates to a deep-sea small-envelope bionic mechanism capable of being repeatedly captured, and is applied to the field of underwater butt joint locking technology research. The mechanism has the large tolerance of +/-2 cm, the envelope diameter does not exceed 120 mm, and the driving force of the internal pullback function can reach 50 N. The mechanism has a capturing function, the active end and the passive end can complete large-tolerance capturing within a certain range, and weak connection is achieved; the mechanism has a tensioning function, after capturing is completed, the driven end is tensioned through the driving assembly in the driving end envelope, and pulling-back is completed; the mechanism has a locking function, and after the driving end is pulled back to the driven end, rigid connection between the driving end and the driven end is completed through the locking assembly; the mechanism has a rigidity keeping function, and has long-term high-rigidity keeping capability after connection is completed. The capturing, pulling-back and locking functions of the mechanism are repeatable, the mechanism meeting the automatic unlocking and separating functions can achieve the unlocking and rejoint functions in emergency situations, and the error-tolerant rate in the butt joint process is increased.

    本发明涉及一种深海小包络的可重复捕获仿生机构,应用于水下对接锁紧技术研究领域。机构具备±2cm级别的大容差,包络直径不超过120mm,内部拉回功能的驱动力能达到50N。机构具有捕获功能,主动端与被动端在一定范围内能够完成大容差的捕获,实现弱连接;机构具有拉紧功能,在完成捕获后,通过主动端包络内的驱动组件拉紧被动端,完成拉回;机构具有锁定功能,在主动端拉回被动端后,通过锁紧组件完成主被动端的刚性连接;机构具有刚性保持功能,在完成连接后,具备长期的高刚性保持能力。机构的捕获‑拉回‑锁紧功能是可重复的,在遇到突发状况时,满足自动解锁分离功能的机构能够实现解锁、再接合的功能,提高对接过程的容错率。
