The invention discloses a docking mechanism and method capable of repeatedly unlocking a micro-nano satellite, and belongs to the technical field of in-orbit satellite capture. The docking mechanism comprises an active docking mechanism and a passive docking mechanism; the active docking mechanism and the passive docking mechanism are installed on the two spacecrafts respectively, the electromagnetic locking mechanism of a conical rod type structure is used, electromagnetic lock cylinders installed on the active docking mechanism and the passive docking mechanism are matched with electromagnetic lock valves, accurate docking of the two spacecrafts is guided, and repeated locking and unlocking are achieved. Cone-rod type butt joint is adopted, attitude angle control is flexible, the capturing range is large, good buffering performance is obtained through spring damping, the reliability of the butt joint process is improved through a passive mechanical locking mode, a laser correlation sensor technology and an electromagnetic device, and meanwhile the butt joint mechanism has the electric transmission function and the signal transmission function.

    本发明公开了一种可重复解锁微纳卫星的对接机构和方法,属于在轨卫星捕捉技术领域,本发明包括主动对接机构、被动对接机构;所述主动对接机构和被动对接机构分别安装在两个航天器上,使用锥杆式结构的电磁锁紧机构,通过安装于主动对接机构和被动对接机构上的电磁锁芯与电磁锁阀相配合,引导两航天器精准对接并实现重复锁紧、解锁。本发明采用锥‑杆式对接,姿态角控制较灵活,捕捉范围相对较大,采用弹簧阻尼获得良好的缓冲性能,并兼具被动式机械锁紧方式、激光对射传感器技术,电磁装置提升了对接过程的可靠性,同时对接机构具有电传输,以及信号传输的功能。
