The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind turbines, and discloses a floating type wind turbine installation method of an external hanging type wave compensation device, which comprises the following steps: S1, connecting by using a mooring chain, and fixing a floating type foundation at a machine location point; s2, the installation ship is driven to the position close to the floating type foundation, and a lower-section tower drum of the floating type draught fan is assembled on an installation deck of the installation ship; s3, hoisting equipment on the installation ship and a wave compensation device on the hoisting equipment are used for installing the assembled lower-section tower drum on the floating foundation; s4, a top section tower drum, a cabin, a hub and blades are pre-installed on an auxiliary tool for installing a deck to be manufactured into an upper module; and S5, the wave compensation device is utilized again to install the upper module on the lower-section tower barrel. The construction cost of the leasing wharf is effectively reduced, high-risk operation of integrated towing is avoided, and meanwhile, the ubiquitous problems that the wharf does not have typhoon resistance and cannot cope with severe sea conditions in the towing process can be solved.
本发明属于海上风机技术领域,公开了一种外挂式波浪补偿装置的漂浮式风机安装方法,包括S1、使用系泊链连接并将浮式基础固定于机位点处;S2、将安装船驶入靠近浮式基础的位置,并在安装船的安装甲板上组装漂浮式风机的下段塔筒;S3、利用安装船上的起吊设备及起吊设备上的波浪补偿装置将组装好的下段塔筒安装于浮式基础上;S4、在安装甲板的辅助工装上对顶段塔筒、机舱、轮毂和叶片进行预安装制成上部模块;S5、再次利用波浪补偿装置将上部模块安装于下段塔筒上。本发明不仅有效降低租赁码头的施工成本,而且避免了一体化拖航的高风险作业,同时能够避开拖航过程中其不具备抗台能力和应对恶劣海况的行业内普遍存在的难题。
