The invention discloses a hydrofoil ship capable of sailing adaptively under a high sea condition, which comprises a ship body, first hydrofoils symmetrically arranged on two sides of the ship body and arranged on the front half part of the ship body, and second hydrofoils symmetrically arranged on the front half part of the ship body, in the sailing process, the first hydrofoil is tangent to the water surface, and the part, located in water, of the first hydrofoil is of a cambered surface structure. The first adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the first hydrofoil relative to the horizontal plane. The angle adjusting device is further used for adjusting the first hydrofoil attack angle; the second hydrofoil is arranged at the tail of the ship body and comprises a hydrofoil body and empennages symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the hydrofoil body. The plane where the hydrofoil body is located is the vertical section of the ship body along the geometric center line of the ship body. In the sailing process, the empennage is completely immersed into the water surface; and the second adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the attack angle of the empennage. According to the wave condition, the attack angle of the hydrofoil can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, and relatively balanced lifting force is generated to stably lift a ship body.
