The invention discloses a bicycle driven by a scissor telescopic mechanism pulling a swing rod to swing in a reciprocating mode, a rider sits to tread pedals on the two sides with normal force and frequency, so that driving rods on the two sides drive chain wheels to rotate, and meanwhile drive connecting rods to move and swing to push scissor telescopic components on the two sides of the bicycle to stretch and retract along rails; one end of the component is fixed, the other end of the component pulls a traction rope wound on a movable pulley at the bottom end of the swing rod and a swing rod return traction rope to move together, the swing rod swings back and forth around a swing rod supporting shaft in the gear box under the pulling of the rope, and swing of the swing rod is converted into rotation in the same direction through a gear and a ratchet mechanism in the gear box. A rear wheel of the bicycle is driven to rotate by a gear and a combined variable-speed chain wheel on a power transmission shaft, and the whole structure amplifies driving torque by dozens of times by utilizing a pendulum clock lever principle and a movable pulley principle, so that a rider can easily ride the bicycle on a large-angle ramp and at a high speed for a long time by using normal pedaling force.
