The invention relates to a brake control method with brake torque disturbance compensation. The brake control method with the brake torque disturbance compensation function comprises the steps that the current brake pressure value of an airplane is obtained, and a target sliding speed is generated according to the current brake pressure value and runway environment information; acquiring the current speed and the wheel angular speed of the aircraft; inputting the current speed of the airplane, the angular speed of airplane wheels and the current brake pressure value into a linear expansion state observer, generating brake disc torque disturbance data, and adjusting a brake disc pressure-torque conversion coefficient according to the brake torque disturbance data; determining a target brake pressure based on the target slip speed and the brake disc pressure-torque conversion coefficient; and according to the target brake pressure, the airplane wheel angular speed and the airplane deceleration are updated. According to the brake control method and device, disturbance in the pressure-torque conversion coefficient of the brake disc can be compensated in real time, the accuracy of the brake torque is ensured, and therefore the accuracy and reliability of brake control are improved.
