Whether the vehicle executes the hydrogen cut-off action or not is determined by judging whether the collision strength of the vehicle exceeds the preset strength threshold value or not, and the situation that when the vehicle is only slightly collided or scratched and safe driving is not affected, hydrogen supply is cut off, and consequently vehicle power is insufficient can be avoided.
