The invention relates to a hydrogen safety control method for a fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the pressure value of a cylinder valve and the pressure value of a pressure reducing valve before a whole vehicle is powered off and after the whole vehicle is powered on next time are obtained; calculating to obtain a pressure difference value of a cylinder valve and a pressure difference value of a pressure reducing valve before the whole vehicle is powered off and after the whole vehicle is powered on next time; before the whole vehicle is started, a hydrogen system controller is powered on, and hydrogen safety detection is conducted; the corresponding relation between the pressure difference value and the hydrogen safety level is set; and determining the current hydrogen safety level according to the calculated pressure difference value of the cylinder valve and the pressure difference value of the pressure reducing valve. According to the method, the hydrogen pressure values of the cylinder valve and the pressure reducing valve at the two time nodes before the whole vehicle is powered off and after the whole vehicle is powered on next time are measured, the hydrogen pressure difference value within the time period after the whole vehicle is powered off and before the whole vehicle is powered on next time is obtained, the hydrogen safety level is judged according to the hydrogen pressure difference value, and the hydrogen system leakage point is found rapidly. And a hydrogen safety accident of the vehicle is avoided.

    本发明是关于一种燃料电池车氢安全控制方法,包括:获取整车断电前以及下一次整车上电后的瓶阀的压力值以及减压阀的压力值;计算得到整车断电前和下一次整车上电后之间的瓶阀的压力差值以及减压阀的压力差值;在整车启动前,对氢系统控制器进行通电,并进行氢安全检测:设定压力差值和氢安全等级的对应关系;根据计算得到的瓶阀的压力差值以及减压阀的压力差值确定当前氢安全等级。本发明中,通过对整车断电前以及下一次整车上电后这两个时间节点的瓶阀以及减压阀的氢压力值进行测量,得到整车断电后到下一次整车上电前这个时间段内的氢压力差值,根据氢压力差值判断氢安全等级,快速找到氢系统泄漏点,避免车辆发生氢安全事故。
