The invention provides an aviation blade machining system and method.The machining system comprises a blade clamping device, a visual system, a point cloud processing system, a registration system, an intelligent numerical control system and a machining cutter, and the pose and profile data of a blade can be calculated after a blade image is obtained; and the intelligent numerical control system controls the machining tool to carry out self-adaptive machining. The method comprises the steps of obtaining point cloud data, roughly solving the pose, finely solving the molded surface and adjusting feeding in real time, the machining precision can be guaranteed, and the machining efficiency is high.
