The invention discloses a control method for aviation precision casting part arc edge machining. The method is realized based on a positioning tool. The positioning tool comprises a placing chassis, apositioning clamping column and a movable clamping column, wherein a movable plate is arranged above the placing chassis; the positioning clamping column is located at the top end of the placing chassis; the movable clamping column is located on the outer side of the movable plate; an adjusting screw rod is arranged in the middle of a movable guide rail; an adjusting gear is arranged at the sideend of the adjusting screw rod; a driving motor is located in the inner part of an installation interlayer; the outer side of a driving shaft is connected with a transmission connecting seat; the sideend of the transmission connecting seat is connected with a driving gear; and a joint gear is arranged at the side end of a transmission rod. According to the control method for aviation precision casting part arc edge machining, the movable plate and the movable clamping column which facilitate performing of open type flexible positioning and clamping of workpieces with different radians, and the movable plate and the movable clamping column are used in conjunction with the transmission connecting seat which facilitates device switching transmission adjustment, so that the flexible positioning and adjustment in use of the device is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种航空精铸零件弧边加工的控制方法,所述方法基于一定位工装来实现,所述定位工装包括放置底盘、定位夹持柱和活动夹持柱,所述放置底盘的上方设置有活动盘,所述定位夹持柱位于放置底盘的顶端,所述活动夹持柱位于活动盘的外侧,所述活动导轨的中部设置有调节螺杆,且调节螺杆的侧端设置有调节齿轮,所述驱动电机位于安装夹层的内部,所述驱动轴的外侧连接有传动连接座,且传动连接座的侧端连接有驱动齿轮,所述传动杆的侧端设置有贴合齿轮。通过设置有可以便于对不同弧度大小的工件进行开放式灵活定位夹持的活动盘和活动夹持柱,配合方便装置切换传动调整的传动连接座使用,可以方便装置的灵活定位调整使用。
