The invention provides a gear transmission type range extender, and relates to the technical field of range extenders. The device comprises a front shell, a main shell and a rear shell, the front shell, the main shell and the rear shell are fixedly connected in sequence, a first cavity is formed between the front shell and the main shell, and a second cavity is formed between the main shell and the rear shell; an input shaft and a generator gear shaft are arranged in the first cavity in parallel, and a motor assembly is arranged in the second cavity; one end of the input shaft is connected with the generator gear shaft through a transmission gear set, the other end of the input shaft is connected with an engine, one end of the generator gear shaft is connected with the transmission gear set, and the other end of the generator gear shaft is connected with the motor assembly; compared with the prior art, the input shaft and the gear shaft of the generator are connected in a gear set transmission mode, the efficient interval of the generator can be matched with the efficient interval of the engine, and unnecessary energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种齿轮传动式增程器,涉及增程器技术领域。本发明包括前壳体、主壳体以及后壳体;所述前壳体、主壳体以及后壳体依次固定连接,所述前壳体与所述主壳体之间形成第一腔体,所述主壳体与所述后壳体之间形成第二腔体;所述第一腔体内部平行设置有输入轴和发电机齿轴,所述第二腔体内设置有电机总成;所述输入轴一端与所述发电机齿轴通过传动齿轮组连接,另一端与发动机相连,所述发电机齿轴一端与所述传动齿轮组连接,另一端与所述电机总成相连;与现有技术相比,本发明采用齿轮组传动的方式连接输入轴与发电机齿轴,可将发电机的高效区间与发动机的高效区间进行匹配,减少不必要的能耗。
