The invention discloses a vehicle passing method for a roundabout and electronic equipment, the roundabout comprises a roundabout and each intersection, and the method comprises the following steps: determining at least one detection area according to the traffic flow direction of each intersection and the position relation of each intersection relative to the roundabout; vehicles from the entrance detection area drive out of the exit detection area; vehicles can enter the roundabout through the induction self-adaptive control area; each detection area is associated with at least one phase; the phase is used for controlling vehicle passing in the detection area; determining triggering conditions corresponding to the at least one detection area, and configuring adding, stopping, compressing or sensing attributes for each phase; and in the release process of the current signal period, according to the attribute of the current phase, the signal lamp color of the current phase and the triggering condition of the at least one detection area, determining the operation on the current phase. The method is used for evacuating vehicles at the roundabout in time and relieving the traffic pressure of the vehicles at the roundabout.
