The invention discloses a real-time sensing and early warning system for people and vehicle conflicts in a campus scene based on thunder-vision fusion. The system comprises a sensor system integrating a monitoring camera and a laser radar; the real-time data acquisition and state detection system integrates a Leiye double-layer cascade detection system and control panel software; the conflict early warning system integrates a conflict prediction system, a conflict judgment system and an alarm system; the campus conflict data storage system integrates a detection data storage structure, a fusion data storage structure, a satellite data storage structure, an early warning record storage structure and a configuration parameter storage structure. The system comprises a hardware system and a software system, wherein the hardware system is composed of core equipment such as radar, a camera and an alarm, auxiliary equipment such as a power supply and real-time data processing equipment, and the software system is composed of a data processing algorithm for traffic subject trajectory tracking and prediction. By sensing and predicting behaviors of traffic subjects in the campus, early warning can be given out in advance before conflicts or accidents occur, traffic accidents are helped to be avoided or relieved, and then the accident rate in the campus is reduced.

    本发明发布了基于雷视融合的校园场景中人车冲突实时感知预警系统,包括:集成监控摄像头与激光雷达的传感器系统;集成雷视双层级联检测系统和控制面板软件的实时数据采集与状态检测系统;集成冲突预测系统、冲突判断系统与报警系统的冲突预警系统;集成检测数据存储结构、融合数据存储结构、卫星数据存储结构、预警记录存储结构与配置参数存储结构的校园冲突数据存储系统。系统包含雷达、摄像头和报警器等核心设备,电源、实时数据处理设备等辅助设备共同构成的硬件系统和交通主体轨迹跟踪和预测的数据处理算法等共同构成的软件系统。通过对校园内交通主体行为的感知与预测,能够在冲突或事故发生前提前发出预警,帮助避免或减轻交通事故的发生,进而降低校园内事故发生率。
