The invention discloses a methanol fuel-based ship SOFC/GT/TCO2/ORC cogeneration power system, which comprises a methanol reforming SOFC/GT system and a three-stage Rankine cycle system, in the methanol reforming SOFC/GT system, methanol and water are mixed and enter a reforming chamber for reforming reaction, reformed gas enters an SOFC anode, air is compressed and then enters an SOFC cathode and an after-combustion chamber, and the after-combustion chamber is communicated with the after-combustion chamber. Exhaust gas of the SOFC enters a post-combustion chamber to be combusted and then is exhausted after acting through a gas turbine, and the exhaust gas of the gas turbine is sequentially used for heating compressed air, reformed gas and a mixture of methyl alcohol and water; the three-stage Rankine cycle system comprises a transcritical carbon dioxide cycle, a second organic Rankine cycle and a third organic Rankine cycle, and exhaust gas of the gas turbine heats a mixture of methanol and water to serve as a heat source to sequentially drive the three-stage Rankine cycle system. According to the system, cogeneration of the system can be achieved, and gradient utilization of waste heat and low-carbon emission of tail gas are achieved while the energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于甲醇燃料的船舶SOFC/GT/TCO2/ORC热电联供动力系统,包括甲醇重整SOFC/GT系统、三级朗肯循环系统,甲醇重整SOFC/GT系统由甲醇与水混合进入重整室进行重整反应,重整气进入SOFC阳极,空气压缩后进入SOFC阴极以及后燃室,SOFC的排气进入后燃室燃烧再经过燃气透平做功后排出,燃气透平的排气依次用于对压缩后空气、重整气以及甲醇与水的混合物进行加热;三级朗肯循环系统包括跨临界二氧化碳循环、第二有机朗肯循环和第三有机朗肯循环,燃气透平的排气经过对甲醇与水的混合物加热后作为热源依次驱动三级朗肯循环系统。本发明可实现系统热电联产,在提高能源利用率的同时,实现余热梯级利用和尾气低碳排放。
