The invention discloses an intermediate hydrogen removal device and a hydrogen removal method for a ship ballast water treatment system, and belongs to the field of ocean ship equipment. The device comprises a cyclone separator, wherein the cyclone separator comprises a shell, a separating plate and a fixing piece; the separation plates are arranged in the containing cavity, the density of the separation plates is smaller than that of a solution entering the containing cavity to be separated, and the multiple separation plates are evenly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and define an inverted-circular-truncated-cone-shaped separation piece; the fixing piece fixes the separating piece in the containing cavity and limits the taper angle of the separating piece to change within 10-30 degrees. The fixing piece comprises a circular-truncated-cone-shaped fixing base located under the separating piece. The cyclone separator is applied to the middle hydrogen removal aspect of a ship ballast water treatment system, and solves the problem that the hydrogen separation efficiency of the separator is affected due to the fact that bubbles enter a downstream pipeline of the cyclone separator in an existing cyclone separator. The electrolysis efficiency is improved, and the system reliability and the system service life are ensured.
本发明公开了一种用于船舶压载水处理系统的中间除氢装置及除氢方法,属于海洋船用设备领域。该装置包括旋风分离器,旋风分离器包括壳体,分离板,固定件;分离板设于容纳腔内,分离板的密度小于进入容纳腔内进行分离的溶液的密度,若干分离板周向间隔均匀排列并限定一倒圆台形的分离件;固定件将分离件固定于容纳腔内并限定分离件的锥角在10‑30°内变化,固定件包括位于分离件正下方的圆台形固定座。本发明应用于船舶压载水处理系统的中间除氢方面,解决现有旋风分离器存在气泡进入旋风分离器下游管道从而造成影响分离器氢气分离效率的问题,具有能够有效去除电解过程中的氢气,提高电解效率、保证系统可靠性和系统使用寿命的特点。
