The invention provides a hydrogen fuel cell system combined with a ship ballast water electrolysis treatment device. The hydrogen fuel cell system comprises an electrolysis cabinet, a fuel cell for providing electric energy for the electrolysis cabinet, a ballast tank, a neutralizing device and a medicine storage box, seawater is preliminarily filtered by the filtering device and then enters the electrolysis cabinet, the electrolysis cabinet electrolyzes to generate pypocholoride substances, the pypocholoride substances and the seawater enter the ballast tank together, the pypocholoride substances sterilize and disinfect the seawater, and heat energy generated by the fuel cell heats the ballast tank; seawater with pypocholoride substances discharged by the ballast tank enters the neutralization device, the pypocholoride substances are mixed and reacted with drugs input by the drug storage box, the chlorine concentration is reduced, and after the chlorine concentration is lower than the national emission standard, the seawater is discharged out of a board through the crushing pump. According to the invention, the defect of high power consumption of the ship ballast water electrolysis device is overcome, the sensitivity of the ship ballast water electrolysis device to low salt and low heat is reduced, and the sterilization efficiency and sufficiency are improved.

    本发明提供一种结合船舶压载水电解处理装置的氢燃料电池系统,包括电解柜、对电解柜提供电能的燃料电池、压载舱、中和装置和储药箱;海水经过过滤装置进行初步过滤后进入电解柜中,电解柜电解产生次氯酸盐物质,与海水一起进入压载舱,次氯酸盐物质对海水进行杀菌消毒,燃料电池产生的热能对压载舱进行加热;压载舱排出的带有次氯酸盐物质的海水进入中和装置中,次氯酸盐物质与储药箱输入的药品进行混合、反应,降低氯浓度,待氯浓度低于国家排放标准后,海水通过粉碎泵排至舷外。本发明解决了船舶压载水电解装置一直存在的高耗电量的不足之处,且降低了船舶压载水电解装置对低盐低热的敏感性,提高了杀菌的效率和充分性。
