The invention discloses a two-gear single planet row power coupling system, a control method thereof and a crane. The power coupling system comprises an engine, two motors, a single planet gear train, four shafts, a high-gear change gear set and a low-gear change gear set. The first shaft is connected with an engine; two ends of the second shaft are respectively connected with the first motor output end and the sun gear; the third shaft is connected with the output end of the second motor and is matched with the gear ring through a gear; the fourth shaft is connected with the gear ring and is used for outputting power to a vehicle; the low-gear change gear set and the high-gear change gear set are arranged between the first shaft and the planet carrier and used for achieving power transmission of the first shaft and the planet carrier. A joint sleeve is arranged on the first shaft and used for being connected into the low-gear speed change gear set or the high-gear speed change gear set for gear switching. A clutch is arranged between the first shaft and the third shaft and used for achieving connection or disconnection of the two shafts. Decoupling of the engine and the wheels can be achieved, stepless speed change is achieved, and the engine directly drives a vehicle to run.

    本发明公开了一种两挡单行星排动力耦合系统及其控制方法、起重机,所述动力耦合系统包括发动机、两电机、单行星轮系、四根轴以及高、低挡变速齿轮组;第一轴连接发动机;第二轴两端分别连接第一电机输出端和太阳轮;第三轴连接第二电机输出端,并通过齿轮与齿圈相配合;第四轴与齿圈相连接,用于向车辆输出动力;低挡变速齿轮组和高挡变速齿轮组设置在第一轴和行星架之间,用于实现第一轴和行星架的动力传递;第一轴上设置接合套,用于接入低挡变速齿轮组或高挡变速齿轮组进行挡位切换;第一、第三轴之间设置离合器,用于实现两轴的接合或断开。本发明能够实现发动机与车轮解耦,实现无级变速,实现发动机直接驱动车辆行驶。
