The invention discloses an ice coal ice crushing manipulator which comprises a rotating seat connected with a mechanical arm, a lifting unit is arranged on the rotating seat, a translation unit is arranged on the lifting unit, and a crushing mechanism is arranged on the translation unit. The smashing mechanism comprises a reciprocating motor fixedly arranged on the lifting unit and a loosening unit connected with the reciprocating motor, and the loosening unit is in transmission connection with a shoveling unit. The rotating seat connected with the translation unit and the lifting unit is arranged on the mechanical arm, the loosening unit and the shoveling unit are further arranged on the lifting unit to shovel ice coal blocks adhered to the bulkhead, transmission is efficient, and operation is flexible.
