The invention discloses a mechanical self-locking device of a scissor type aerial work platform, and relates to the field of scissor type aerial work platforms. The mechanical self-locking device comprises a mechanical self-locking device control rod, a round rod I, a control rod limiting device, a transverse rod piece, a vertical rod piece, a compression spring, a sliding block II, a ratchet wheel blocking rod, a ratchet wheel strip, an extension spring, a round rod II, a sliding block I and the like. The contact state of the ratchet wheel stop lever and the surface of the ratchet wheel strip is changed by operating the mechanical self-locking device control rod, and therefore starting and releasing of the self-locking device are achieved. By means of the transmission characteristic of the ratchet wheel structure, the working platform can be prevented from falling under the conditions that a hydraulic pipe leaks oil, bursts and a hydraulic cylinder is broken, and safety guarantee is provided for people working on the working platform; and operation is easy, the application range is wide, and safety and reliability are higher.

    本发明公开了一种剪叉式高空作业平台机械自锁装置,涉及剪叉式高空作业平台领域。该机械自锁装置包括:机械自锁装置操控杆、圆杆I、操纵杆限位装置、横向杆件、竖向杆件、压缩弹簧、滑块II、棘轮档杆、棘轮条、拉伸弹簧、圆杆II以及滑块I等部件。通过操纵机械自锁装置操控杆改变棘轮挡杆和棘轮条表面的接触状态,从而实现自锁装置的启动和解除。本发明利用了棘轮结构的传动特点,不仅可以在液压管漏油、爆裂以及液压缸断裂等情况下,阻止工作平台坠落,为正在工作平台上工作的人群提供安全保障;而且操作简单、适用面广、更安全、更可靠。
