The lower side surfaces of the guide rails are connected with the chassis upper plate; the forklift rectangular tube is arranged on the upper side face of the guide rail, and the chassis upper plate, the guide rail and the forklift rectangular tube define a cantilever crane mounting space; a bottom-layer arm frame of the fork frame is connected to the arm frame mounting space; and the working platform is arranged on a top-layer arm frame of the fork frame. The cantilever crane mounting space is formed among the chassis upper plate, the guide rail and the forklift rectangular tube, and the bottom-layer cantilever crane of the fork frame is connected to the cantilever crane mounting space, so that when the fork frame is in a folded state, the bottom-layer cantilever crane of the fork frame sinks into the cantilever crane mounting space, the height of the whole machine is reduced, and the whole machine can smoothly pass through an elevator; the problem that in the prior art, a scissor-fork type aerial work platform in a folded state cannot pass through an elevator due to the ultrahigh height is solved.
