The invention relates to the technical field of material transportation, in particular to an industrial raw material transportation robot which comprises a transport vehicle, a first mounting frame and a bearing mechanism, two symmetrical hydraulic cylinders are fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame, pushing frames are hinged to the two hydraulic cylinders, and the bearing mechanism comprises a second mounting frame, a cross beam, a bearing frame and a bearing component. The second installation frame is hinged to the first installation frame, the two ends of the pushing frame are hinged to the two sides of the second installation frame respectively, the bearing frame is fixedly installed on the side, away from the first installation frame, of the cross beam, the bearing component comprises a first flat plate and two symmetrically-arranged supporting units, the first flat plate is slidably connected to the upper surface of the bearing frame, and each supporting unit is composed of three deformation components. According to the invention, deformation is generated through the deformation parts, and when materials are loaded into the deformation parts, a V-shaped structure is formed, so that the materials are clamped between the deformation parts, the stability of material transportation is improved, and the situation that the materials are unstable on the wall of a forklift during forklift transportation in the prior art is solved.

    本发明涉及材料运输技术领域,具体涉及一种工业原材料运输用机器人,包括运输车、安装架一和承载机构,安装架一上固定安装有两个对称的液压缸,两个液压缸均铰接有推动架,承载机构包括安装架二、横梁、承重架和承重部件,安装架二铰接在安装架一上,推动架两端分别与安装架二的两侧铰接,承重架固定安装在横梁远离安装架一的一侧上,承重部件包括平板一和两个对称设置的支撑单元,平板一滑动连接在承重架的上表面,支撑单元由三组变形部件组成。本发明通过变形部件产生变形,当物料装载至变形部件中时,其形成V字形结构,进而将物料卡变形部件之间,提升物料运输的稳定性,解决了现有技术叉车运输中物料在叉车壁上不稳定的情况发生。
