The invention discloses a precast concrete slab hoisting device and a using method thereof.The precast concrete slab hoisting device comprises a first functional mechanism, the first functional mechanism comprises a connecting plate and an adjusting part, the bottom of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a mounting base through bolts, two moving openings are formed in the top of the mounting base, and a pushing frame is slidably inserted into each moving opening; a push ring is rotationally connected between the opposite inner surface walls of the two sides of each push frame, and two sets of mounting blocks are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting base. During use, equipment and an existing lifting device can be stably connected through the connecting plate, then the use position of the movable block can be conveniently and rapidly moved and adjusted by increasing and decreasing the number of the movable bolts according to the actual prefabricated concrete slab specification, and then position fixed connection of the prefabricated concrete slab can be conveniently and rapidly conducted in cooperation with existing steel cable equipment; and therefore, the equipment can be conveniently pulled and suspended through an existing hoisting device, and the equipment can be matched with an existing steel cable to effectively perform suspension treatment on the precast concrete planks.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土板吊装装置及其使用方法,包括:第一功能机构,第一功能机构包括连接板和调节部件,连接板底部通过螺栓固定连接有安装座,安装座顶部开设有两个移动口,每个移动口内部均滑动插设有推架,每个推架两侧相对内表壁之间均转动连接有推环,安装座顶部固定连接有两组安装块。本发明中,使用时,通过连接板能够稳固将设备与现有起吊装置进行连接,进而根据实际预制混凝土板规格,进而通过增减移动栓,进而能够便捷移动调节移动块的使用位置,再配合现有钢索设备能够便捷进行预制混凝土板的位置固定连接,进而通过现有起吊装置能够便捷将设备牵引悬吊,进而使设备能够配合现有钢索能够有效进行预制混凝土板的悬吊处理。
