The invention discloses a lifting system capable of effectively reducing the depth of a bottom pit, which comprises a lifting device, the bottom pit and a buffer device, and is characterized in that the lifting device comprises a lifting unit which performs lifting motion along the vertical direction; the bottom pit is located below the lifting stroke of the lifting unit; the buffer device comprises a buffer and a collision plate which are correspondingly arranged, and the buffer is arranged on the pit surface of the bottom pit; the collision plate is arranged on the lifting unit and located above the bottom face of the lifting unit. Therefore, when the lifting unit is subjected to buffering stress, the effective carrying space in the lifting unit can extend downwards to the position below the height of the compressed buffer, and the depth of the pit is effectively reduced. Through reasonable arrangement of the buffer and the collision plate, the distance space between the lifting unit and the bottom pit can be utilized to the maximum extent under the condition that the depth of the bottom pit is limited, and the influence of the height of the buffer is avoided.
本发明公开了一种可有效减少底坑深度的升降系统,包括:升降装置、底坑和缓冲装置,所述升降装置包括沿竖直方向进行升降运动的升降单元;所述底坑位于所述升降单元的升降行程的下方;所述缓冲装置包括相应设置的缓冲器和撞板,所述缓冲器设置于所述底坑的坑面上;所述撞板设置于所述升降单元、且位于所述升降单元的底面上方;由此,在所述升降单元进行缓冲受力时,其内部的有效运载空间可以下探到所述缓冲器被压缩后的高度以下的位置,有效减少所述底坑的深度。本发明通过缓冲器和撞板的合理设置,可以在底坑深度有限的情况下,最大化地利用升降单元与底坑之间的距离空间,且不受缓冲器自身高度的影响。
