The invention discloses a manufacturing process capable of effectively reducing the production cost of an automobile instrument, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials for manufacturing the automobile instrument: sufficiently pumping a flame-retardant polymer, a polyurethane catalyst, modified silicone oil, a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane embedded copolymer, a foaming agent and a growth agent into a group A raw material barrel of a foaming machine, enough diphenylmethane diisocyanate is pumped into a group B raw material barrel of the foaming machine; (2) manufacturing the automobile instrument: 1) manufacturing a shell of the automobile instrument: paving leather at the bottom of a mold, pumping raw materials in a group A raw material barrel and raw materials in a group B raw material barrel into the mold according to a weight ratio by using a foaming machine, demolding after the raw materials react for 3-5 minutes in the mold, enabling the leather to be attached to a polyurethane foam plate at the moment, and taking out the shell of the automobile instrument; trimming the polyurethane foam plate, and finishing to obtain the shell of the automobile instrument; and 2) assembling: installing the required instrument on the shell of the automobile instrument to complete the manufacturing of the automobile instrument. The method is simple in process, low in production cost and high in production efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种有效降低汽车仪表生产成本的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)准备制作汽车仪表的原料:将阻燃聚合物、聚氨酯催化剂、改性硅油、聚氧化烯烃~聚硅氧烷相嵌共聚物、发泡剂和增长剂足量打入发泡机的A组原料桶内,将二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯足量打入发泡机的B组原料桶内;(2)制作汽车仪表1)制作汽车仪表的外壳:将皮革铺入模具底部,用发泡机将A组原料桶内的原料和B组原料桶中的原料按重量配比打入模具中,待原料在模具中反应3~5分钟后脱模,此时,皮革会附着在聚氨酯泡沫板上,对聚氨酯泡沫板进行切边、整理得到汽车仪表的外壳;2)装配:将所需仪表安装到汽车仪表的外壳上,完成汽车仪表的制作。本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,生产效率高。
