The elevator information processing module is used for analyzing the running state of the elevator based on the elevator running state information, generating fault information, generating elevator control information based on the fault information, sending the elevator control information to the elevator control module and sending the elevator running state information and the fault information to the monitoring center; the elevator control module is used for regulating and controlling the running state of the elevator based on the elevator control information; the monitoring center is used for forming alarm information based on the elevator running state information and the fault information, and the elevator state collecting module is used for playing the alarm information in an audio and video mode.
