The invention provides a multi-state self-adaptive elastic folding paddle clamp mechanism based on a coaxial rotor system. The multi-state self-adaptive elastic folding paddle clamp mechanism comprises an inner-section paddle clamp, an outer-section paddle clamp, a folding rotating shaft, a folding elastic device and an unfolding springback device. An unfolding springback device is introduced into a conventional folding paddle clamp design, elastic constraining force, limiting, contact and interference avoiding among the paddle clamps are elaborately designed, and friction during rotation of the paddle clamps is weakened. Under the condition that an external device is not used, two folding forms of the paddle clamp folding mechanism under the condition that external constraint exists or not are achieved, the space of a machine body below the lower paddle is enlarged, the upper paddle and the lower paddle have outward turning angles after the external constraint is removed, mutual interference is avoided, and the paddles can be rapidly rotated and unfolded in the working state. The technical scheme can be applied to a throwing type or launching type coaxial helicopter, and is particularly suitable for a folding type coaxial unmanned aerial vehicle for cluster combat, and the reliability of automatic unfolding of the helicopter blades is remarkably improved.
本发明提出了一种基于共轴旋翼系统的多状态自适应弹性折叠桨夹机构,包括内段桨夹、外段桨夹、折叠转轴、折叠弹性装置和展开回弹装置。本发明在常规折叠桨夹设计中引入了展开回弹装置,并对桨夹间的弹性约束力、限位、接触和避免干涉问题均进行了精心设计,减弱了桨夹转动中的摩擦。本发明在不使用外部装置条件下,实现了桨夹折叠机构在有无外界约束条件下的两种折叠形态,增大了下桨叶下方的机体空间,在脱落外部约束后上下桨叶自带外翻角度,互不干涉,更加有利于工作状态下桨叶快速旋转展开。本发明技术方案可应用于抛投型或发射型共轴直升机,尤其适合集群作战的折叠式共轴无人机,显著提高了直升机桨叶自动展开的可靠性。
