The invention discloses a flexible propeller hub rotor wing propelling system which comprises a rotor wing power system, a variable-pitch transmission system and a variable-pitch driving system. According to the helicopter rotor system, the flexible swash plate and the flexible propeller clamp are provided for solving the problem that a part of structures are prone to fatigue damage. In addition, the flexible elastic propeller clamp propeller hub is used for replacing a helicopter flapping winch, a shimmy winch and a variable pitch winch. A universal bearing of a traditional swash plate is replaced by the flexible swash plate, the swash plate cannot rotate in the circumferential direction, a swash plate positioner is not used any more, and the connecting rod structure of the swash plate is simplified. This reduces the weight and cost of the helicopter. And meanwhile, the reliability of the helicopter is relatively improved.
