The invention relates to an auxiliary tool and method for precisely positioning a bidirectional suspension angle receiver, the auxiliary tool is provided with an annular main plate, a transverse plate and a longitudinal plate are fixed in the annular main plate, the transverse plate and the longitudinal plate are perpendicular to each other, and a formed intersection point coincides with the circle center of the annular main plate; 0-degree scale marks, 90-degree scale marks, 180-degree scale marks and 270-degree scale marks are sequentially carved at the intersection positions of the end parts of the transverse plate and the longitudinal plate and the circular ring-shaped main plate, targets are fixed at the 0-degree scale marks, the 90-degree scale marks, the 180-degree scale marks and the 270-degree scale marks, and a central target is arranged at the intersection position formed by the transverse plate and the longitudinal plate; and the target and the central target are matched with the total station. A plurality of adjustable magnetic attraction points are arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer surface of the main plate at equal intervals, and the auxiliary tool is attracted to the inner pipe wall of the receiver pipe through the adjustable magnetic attraction points. Aiming at a receiver pipe with a special suspension angle, the problem of detection of the installation precision of a circular pipe type component under the complex working condition is innovatively solved, and accurate data of a datum plane in the pipe can be accurately detected through one-time measurement of the total station.

    一种具有双向悬挂角接收器精确定位的辅助工装及方法,有圆环形主板,圆环形主板内固定有横向板和纵向板,横向板和纵向板互相垂直,形成的交叉点与圆环形主板的圆心相重合;在横向板、纵向板端部与圆环形主板相交处,依次刻画0°、90°、180°、270°刻度线,并且在0°、90°、180°、270°处固定标靶,在横向板与纵向板形成的交叉点处设置中心标靶;标靶、中心标靶与全站仪相配合。沿主板外表面周向等间距设置有多个可调节磁吸点,辅助工装通过可调磁吸点吸附在接收器管的内管壁上。本发明针对具有特殊悬挂角度的接收器管,创新的解决了这种复杂工况下,圆管型构件安装精度检测难题,通过全站仪一次测量,可以精确检测管子内基准面的精确数据。
