A folding oil cylinder is driven to unfold a folding manipulator, the folding manipulator automatically clamps a gate, a clamp of the folding manipulator is in contact with the gate through a pulley so that the gate can slide up and down, after the gate enters a groove, a servo motor controls the clamp to be loosened, and the gate is completely aligned with the gate groove; when the accurate positioning auxiliary adjusting method for the rotary hoisting gate is used for hoisting the gate, the problem of the angle between the rotary gate and a gate groove can be solved and the swing deviation of the gate caused by the influence of wind power can be counteracted without manually assisting in pushing and pulling the gate for positioning, so that the gate is smoothly hoisted into the gate groove.
