And under the condition that the target state signal does not meet the preset vehicle fault condition, it is determined that the track of the target track section corresponding to the target state signal breaks down. The preset vehicle fault condition comprises that a first preset number of driving state signals with the driving parameters increasing in sequence exist in the target state signals, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value in the first preset number of driving parameters is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value. According to the invention, the state of the track section through which the target vehicle passes can be detected in real time, and the driving safety of the target vehicle is ensured.
