The invention relates to a battery management system for rail transit. A four-level architecture is adopted. The four-level architecture comprises a main board, a plurality of slave boards, a plurality of acquisition boards and a safety monitoring board; CAN bus communication is adopted between the main board and the slave boards. Each slave board is communicated with the acquisition board through a daisy chain bus. The security monitoring board is cascaded with all the acquisition boards to form an independent hardware protection mechanism. The main board is used for managing the plurality of slave boards and acquiring battery parameter data of the slave boards through the CAN bus. Each slave board corresponds to one daisy chain bus. Each acquisition board corresponds to one battery module. The CAN bus and daisy chain bus combined mode is adopted, the number of CAN bus nodes is reduced, and the CAN bus load rate is reduced; circuits of the slave boards and the acquisition board are simplified, and an acquisition wire harness from the battery module to the slave boards is omitted, so that the hardware cost is remarkably reduced; and on the basis of a software protection mechanism, an independent hardware protection mechanism is added, so that the security of the system is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种轨道交通用电池管理系统,采用四级架构,包括:主板、若干从板、若干采集板和安全监控板;主板和若干从板之间采用CAN总线通信;每块从板和采集板之间采用菊花链总线通信;安全监控板与所有的采集板级联,形成独立的硬件保护机制;主板用于管理若干从板,通过CAN总线获取从板的电池参数数据;每块从板对应一条菊花链总线;每块采集板对应一个电池模组。本发明采用CAN总线+菊花链总线方式,减少CAN总线节点数并降低CAN总线负载率;从板、采集板电路得以简化,并省去电池模组到从板的采集线束,显著降低硬件成本;在软件保护机制的基础上,加入独立的硬件保护机制,极大提高系统的安全性。
