The invention belongs to the technical field of rail transit, and relates to a high-isolation voltage-resistant battery management system for rail transit. The system comprises a main board, a plurality of slave boards and a plurality of acquisition boards, the main board and the plurality of slave boards are in communication connection through a CAN bus, and each slave board and the plurality of acquisition boards are in communication connection through a daisy chain bus; each acquisition board is connected with one battery module; the main board obtains battery parameter data of the slave boards through the CAN bus; each slave board obtains battery parameter data of the acquisition boards through the daisy chain bus; each acquisition board is responsible for acquiring voltage and temperature parameters of a battery of the corresponding battery module and transmitting the voltage and temperature parameters to the slave boards through the daisy chain bus. According to the battery management system with the three-level architecture, the circuit design of the slave boards and the acquisition boards can be simplified, and the hardware cost is remarkably reduced; an electrical isolation mode combining digital isolation and analog isolation is adopted between a high-voltage side and a low-voltage side, so that the isolation voltage endurance capability of the system is greatly improved.

    本发明属于轨道交通技术领域,涉及一种轨道交通用高隔离耐压的电池管理系统。包括:主板、若干从板和若干采集板;主板和若干从板之间采用CAN总线通信连接,每块从板和若干采集板之间采用菊花链总线通信连接;每块采集板与一个电池模组连接;主板通过CAN总线获取从板的电池参数数据;每块从板通过菊花链总线获取采集板的电池参数数据;每块采集板负责采集其对应电池模组的电池的电压和温度参数,并通过菊花链总线传送给从板。本申请采用三级架构的电池管理系统,能简化从板和采集板的电路设计,显著降低硬件成本;高压侧和低压侧之间采用数字隔离+模拟隔离相结合的电气隔离方式,极大提高系统的隔离耐压能力。
