The invention provides a train occupancy detection method and device. The train occupancy detection method comprises the steps that the running speed of a train is obtained; determining a message sending frequency according to the train running speed; determining a distance measurement curve of the train according to the message sending frequency; and determining the train occupation condition according to the distance measurement curve. According to the train occupancy detection method provided by the invention, the communication connection with the train is carried out, the communication connection is stable, misjudgment is not easy to occur, and the distance measurement curve is drawn in a variable frequency message mode, so that the detection accuracy is further improved, and the misjudgment condition is prevented.

    本发明提供了一种列车占用检测方法和装置,所述列车占用检测方法包括:获取列车运行速度;根据所述列车运行速度,确定报文发送频率;根据所述报文发送频率,确定所述列车的测距曲线;根据所述测距曲线,确定列车占用情况。本发明提供的列车占用检测方法,通过与列车之间进行通信连接,通讯连接稳定,不容易出现误判,且通过变频报文的方式进行测距曲线绘制,更进一步提高了检测精准度,防止误判情况发生。
