The occupation sensor circuit comprises a plurality of contacts and a plurality of resistors; the plurality of contacts are connected in parallel, and each of the plurality of contacts is connected in series with one of the plurality of resistors; one end of each contact is connected with a first signal end of the seat occupying detection unit, and the other end of each contact is connected with a second signal end of the seat occupying detection unit through a resistor which is connected in series; the method comprises the following steps: determining a circuit resistance value of a placeholder sensor circuit according to a signal sent by the placeholder sensor circuit; and judging whether the seat is occupied or not according to the circuit resistance value of the occupying sensor circuit.
