The invention discloses a personality characteristic determination method and device, and belongs to the field of information processing. The method comprises the steps that driving feature information of a first vehicle and behavior feature information of a driver of the first vehicle in the process of driving the first vehicle are acquired, the behavior feature information comprises at least one of action feature information and voice feature information, and the driving feature information is used for representing the driving condition of the first vehicle; determining personality feature information of the driver according to the behavior feature information and the driving feature information, wherein the personality feature information is used for representing personality features of the driver; and generating a personality feature report of the driver according to the personality feature information. The method can reduce the time consumed for determining the personality characteristics of the driver, and improves the efficiency of determining the personality characteristics of the driver.
