The invention discloses a logistics vehicle control method and a logistics vehicle. The control method comprises the steps of obtaining operation parameters of the logistics vehicle; judging whether the operation parameters meet preset conditions or not; if the operation parameters meet the preset conditions, a driven wheel of the logistics vehicle is made to be located at the disconnection position, so that rotating connection between the driven wheel and a driving wheel is disconnected; and if the operation parameters do not meet the preset conditions, the driven wheel is located at the connecting position, so that the driven wheel is in transmission connection with the driving wheel. Therefore, according to the control method, when the load capacity of the logistics vehicle is smaller than the preset load capacity and/or the logistics vehicle runs on a flat road surface, the driven wheel is located at the disconnected position, so that the logistics vehicle is driven to run only through the driving wheel, and energy consumption can be reduced; when the load capacity of the logistics vehicle is larger than or equal to the preset load capacity and/or the logistics vehicle runs on an uneven road surface, the driven wheels and the driving wheels drive the logistics vehicle to run together, and the driving force can be increased.
