The invention relates to the field of battery safety, in particular to a battery charging system and method, a vehicle and a storage medium. The system comprises a battery pack which is connected with a direct current charging port of the system through a charging loop; the heat pump system is connected with the charging loop and supplies power through the direct current charging port so as to adjust the temperature of the battery pack; a one-way conduction device and a charging contactor are arranged in the charging loop, the one-way conduction device is arranged between the battery pack and the heat pump system, and the one-way conduction device is used for preventing charging current from entering the battery pack; and the charging contactor is connected in parallel with the one-way conduction device.
