The invention discloses a battery refrigeration control method, a controller, a battery refrigeration control system and an automobile. The method comprises the steps that target data corresponding to N cold plate control loops are obtained, each target data comprises the target superheat degree corresponding to a battery cold plate and cold plate actual measurement data, and N is larger than or equal to 2; according to the cold plate measured data corresponding to the N battery cold plates, judging whether a target compensation condition is met or not; if the target compensation condition is met, M expansion valves to be compensated are determined from the N electronic expansion valves, and M is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to N; a target compensation value corresponding to the expansion valve to be compensated is obtained, and the target opening degree of the expansion valve to be compensated is determined according to the target superheat degree and the target compensation value corresponding to the battery cold plate; and controlling the to-be-compensated expansion valve to work according to the target opening degree of the to-be-compensated expansion valve. According to the method, the opening fluctuation of the N electronic expansion valves is small, so that the purpose of guaranteeing the stability and the control precision of battery refrigeration control is achieved.

    本发明公开一种电池制冷控制方法、控制器、电池制冷控制系统及汽车。该方法包括:获取N个冷板控制回路对应的目标数据,每一目标数据包括电池冷板对应的目标过热度和冷板实测数据,N≥2;根据N个电池冷板对应的冷板实测数据,判断是否满足目标补偿条件;若满足目标补偿条件,则从N个电子膨胀阀中,确定M个待补偿膨胀阀,1≤M≤N;获取待补偿膨胀阀对应的目标补偿值,根据电池冷板对应的目标过热度和目标补偿值,确定待补偿膨胀阀的目标开度;根据待补偿膨胀阀的目标开度,控制待补偿膨胀阀工作。该方法可使得N个电子膨胀阀开度波动较小,从而达到保障电池制冷控制的稳定性和控制精度的目的。
