The invention relates to a cooperative refrigeration control method for a passenger compartment and a power battery of an electric automobile, and belongs to the field of thermal management of finished new energy automobiles. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an air conditioning system-passenger compartment dynamic thermal model and a coupling model thereof, an electric-thermal coupling model of a power battery and a battery refrigeration loop model; designing a novel control method based on dynamic programming without a specific transfer equation of the system, and establishing a mathematical model; the controller output signal established by the method controls each thermal management component to work, so that the overall passenger compartment temperature and the battery temperature are optimal. According to the method, the situation that a specific state transition equation of a controlled system needs to be deduced in a dynamic programming algorithm to achieve updating of state variables and solving of optimal control variables is avoided, the problem that a complex model is difficult to write out a pain point of the transition equation is solved, and tedious mathematical calculation in the model discretization process is also avoided; and meanwhile, good effects in the aspects of system energy saving, passenger compartment temperature control, battery temperature control and the like can be ensured.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车乘员舱与动力电池协同制冷控制方法,属于新能源汽车整车热管理领域。该方法包括:建立空调系统‑乘员舱动态热模型及其耦合模型,动力电池的电‑热耦合模型以及电池制冷回路模型;设计一种无需系统具体转移方程的基于动态规划的新型控制方法,建立其数学模型;通过该方法建立的控制器输出信号通过控制各热管理部件工作,实现全局乘员舱温度与电池温度最佳。本发明规避了动态规划算法中需要推导被控系统具体状态转移方程以实现状态变量的更新和最佳控制变量的求解,解决了复杂模型难以写出转移方程的痛点,也避免了模型离散化过程中繁琐的数学计算,同时能够保证在系统节能、乘员舱温度控制和电池温控等方面均有良好的效果。
