The invention relates to a vehicle converse driving detection method and system based on target tracking. The method comprises a lane driving direction initialization stage and a vehicle converse driving detection stage. A correct lane driving direction is automatically obtained by using a roadside camera video, vehicle converse driving is detected and found in real time, and a driver and rear vehicles are timely warned by using loudspeaker playing or LED display, so that the possibility of accidents is reduced; and storing the data into a related library table for traffic management personnel to review and obtain evidence. In the execution efficiency, compared with traditional manual monitoring and machine judgment, the method has the advantages that the discovery rate and the detection rate of vehicle converse driving are greatly improved, dependence on manpower is reduced, and corresponding image evidences can be provided for traffic management departments. Compared with a vehicle retrogradation judgment mode based on vehicle detection, the method provided by the invention can automatically obtain the lane information and the correct driving direction information of the lane, the dependence on maintenance personnel is relatively low, the deployment is faster, and the response is faster.
本发明涉及一种基于目标跟踪的车辆逆行检测方法及系统,所述方法包括初始化车道行驶方向阶段和车辆逆行检测阶段;利用路侧相机视频自动获取正确车道行驶方向,实时检测发现车辆逆行,利用喇叭播放或LED显示及时告警驾驶员和后方车辆,降低事故发生的可能;将数据存入相关库表,供交管人员复查取证。在执行效率上,相较于传统的人工监控,利用机器判断,大大的提高了车辆逆行的发现率和检出率,减少了对人工的依赖,也可以为交管部门提供相应的图像证据。相对于基于车辆检测的车辆逆行判断方式,本发明提出的方法能够自动获取车道信息和车道正确行驶方向信息,对维护人员的依赖比较低,部署更快,响应更快。
